(these classes offered by the city are usually free or at the very least inexpensive.) This is well worth the money because it is there you will find out what you need to comply with city and government codes.

Find out all you can about running a small business, be prepared to work your fingers to the bone.

first place to start is to get your licensing, you can go to the city's office that u are in to obtain that, and to register your buisiness name. find a place to rent, get insurance on that also, get your supplies.
