Check the temperature in his terrarium. Also, what is very important about iguanas is not only the quantity but also the quality of the food they get.
Check www.greenigsociety.org and speak with Dana. You'll find lots of information on line and Dana is really helpful.

Is he free roaming? If he is he could have swallowed a foreign object which is interfering with his digestive system.
Temperature could be a factor as everyone said.
And parasites. In any case you need to take him to the vet.
I would have been freaking out if my iguana was lethargic!

Probably cold?
Iguanas are used to heat and yours is probably conserving body heat.
If this continues I suggest going to the vet.

It could be a calcium deficiency. That's what happened to one of ours and my mom had to hand feed it to get it better. Try getting it calcium spray and putting it on it's food. Also make sure the light and heat are adequate for him.

Is he orange color? because its possible its mating season for him. they will lose their appetite and just want to lay around. But try to force feed him if you have to to get him hydrated, what i do is get a teaspoon of water and put in his mouth.

It is hard to say what may be wrong without knowing his general history, diet, environment, etc. How long have you had him?
