On any PC (Windows based system) all you have to do is right-click on the "My Computer" icon then select "Properties", and it will open up the General tab in the System Properties window. This window displays the general specs about your computer including the operating system, service pack (if applicable), processor, and amount of RAM.
Clicking on the hardware tab at the top, and then the "Device Manager" button will also give you a more detailed look at the hardware found on the computer.
If this wasn't what you needed, feel free to e-mail me and I'll be glad to help you get the answers you're looking for.

Try this. Right click on the My Computer icon on your desktop and select "Properties". A window pops up with some tabs at the top. The General tab describes your computer and system.
Another one of them is "Hardware". Click that. Next, click the button that says "Device Manager". This shows you nearly everything else that's in your computer. The "plus" signs will expand the categories.
Good luck.

Right click on your My computer Icon on desktop and go to system properties for checking RAM.
Control+Alt+Del and go to task manager > process and performances to know the details of RAM used.
For Gateway and other Internet details you have to go to Internet Options, Network services, but do not change anything else it may function incorrectly.
