what does 6 share mean?

im trying to book a hotelroom its says the price for a 6 share room what does that mean?

The room is meant for the stay of 6 people, which means the room will be shared by 6 peoples.

I'm guessing that it would mean that it will only be a certain price only if you book 6 rooms or it could be that the room is meant for 6 persons. Pick either one

For that price you share the room with 5 other people. If you're lucky you are the only one, but that rarely is the case.
