LOL, no I haven't but my best friend was bitten by her boyfriends tropical fish. She had reached in to move an aquarium decoration and the fish charged up and bit her. Didn't even scratch her but it was really funny.

I see.
The fish probably bit you because it's hungry and thinks you are food.
I think fish are cute but whatever I do I can never keep them alive, so I'm stuck with plastic fish in a water lamp.
I have never been bitten by a fish but a goldfish was handfed by me.

Yes. About 13 years ago, I used to frequent the Himeji gardens in the Adelaide CBD, and back then the pond was populated with Koi. On hot days, I would dangle my feet in the pond water. When I kept them perfectly still, the Koi would nibble on my toes. It didn't feel sharp; I'm not sure if Koi have teeth but they certainly weren't in any danger of doing damage to my feet.

In the wild I was bitten by a green moray eel. It took a small chunk of my thumb off.
In the pet store I've been bitten by just about everything including a pirahna.

Yes. It was a small fish, it kinda tickled cause it's teeth were so small. It also was a salt water fish.

Yes. A few times when I was removing the hook from their mouth.
I like Salmon now though, and the Grizzly Bears do too.
