The problem with "standard" Terms and Conditions (T&C) is that they may allow or deny certain things that you may or may not want done. You may want to lock down all content on your site ("must not be reproduced ...") or you could go to the other extreme of using an open source licence (see link below for your options there). You may also want to have different T&C for different parts of your web site - you may want to completely lock down your photos page, but have the text in your blogs open for all to use.
I would advise having a look at the T&C of other, similar, web sites, and using them as a guideline to writing your own T&C to suit your needs. Once you have something in place that you are happy with, get it checked out by a lawyer - if you are putting T&C on a web site, you want to make sure it is legally enforcable.

while i replaced into sixteen I objected to the term- my son- which got here from no longer my father yet an entire stranger.
