legally, no. it can be used against him in court, if you are not legally divorced yet. but, it depends on how much trouble you want to cause for him in regaurds to if you bring it up in court or not. if you just want it to be over and done with, and both of you are planning for a divorce, just ride it out, let him do his thing. it will be over with soon anyway, right? if you are seperated and might get back together, then yes it is wrong and definatley grounds for divorce. either way, its wrong.

I would say No!You are only separated, which means you are not ready to divorce,so until you are both ready to get a divorce and know for sure you will not reconcile I would hold off, cause it could catch up to you in the future and cause you more problems than you have now!

marriage is a bond between 2 people. No matter if your separated or not that bond is there. If you don't want to be married than get a divorce before you cheat.

If you want your wife to end up having the upper hand in court. If you want her lawyer finding out about your "infedility", Because you're technically still married, IF you want her to have the upper hand in getting more than 50% of your assets, alimony and custody of your kids/dogs/cats. But other than that its fine! Enjoy, let loose, HAVE FUN!!! Good luck!

what's the problem you are separated anyway? if we talk of law then it's not right but law doesn't have a heart and mind to know what's really going on. give him a divorced, so you two can really live the way life should be... a happy one.

If it is a LEGAL separation, by all means. You are free to see other women, get engaged, live together or whatever. You just can't remarry until you are officially divorced.

Technically yes. You don't feel good about it, do you? If it will always be an issue then leave him as an ex. You know you will bring it up in every heavy argument. Save yourself and him the heartache. He would HATE it. I would lose my mind.
