You're definitely not ugly. From this photo you definitely appear attractive, but it's a little hard to tell with your photo at an angle, the top of your head/face chopped off and your tongue sticking out. Don't you have a better one that you could use?

First, your link isn't working.. So, your looks might not be your most serious problem!
After getting to your site, anyway.. Yes, you're a pretty girl (even though you have a weird picture with your tongue sticking out???). Even if you weren't, complaining about your looks makes you less attractive. You're cute, be confident (not cocky) about it. Even if you're not confident, just fake it... you'll be better off (and your friend won't have to listen to you complain anymore).
