I want to open my own sword manufacturing plant but have no clue what to do.

A interesting idea. Manufactoring a over manufactored items is a waste of money and effort. Made something no one else is making that is needed or useful, something that will have mass apeal. A bumber sticker logo. A clock made out of recycled trash to promote recycling. Used by people promoting recycling as a free gift to donors.
The main thing about bussiness is taking care of bussiness. Before spending one dime get books on bussiness and learn. PS just had a great idea for a bussiness, thanks, no i will not share it.

the main thing to do is get your business license. the next step would be to find a backer to help in financing the business. Finally get a tax code from the IRS to get a wholesale license. Hope this helps. If you need an accountant I am at Sparklesbirthday1961@hotmail.com

what u can do is import and export bizz.
just find out what items r expensive or cheap compared 2 the product price in other countries,i would recommand clothing bizz.
I can supply u clothes in bulk at a very low cost.
