You have to force yourself to get up. Make yourself coffee and go out everyday.

well, it's 3 am now so if you're up now and you dont go to sleep until 6 or 7 am- 5 still is a little too late unless you go for days not getting enough sleep and then oversleep for a couple of weeks. The only other reason is you don't have an alarm clock and need one-- sometimes if you are in a deep rem sleep you just dont get up, it happens to me alot.

Sounds like you might be depressed. Weather you are or not you need a reason to get up like a job or hobby. Keeping the same sleeping schedule every day and exercising should help.

Constant fatigue, or sleepiness are small sighs of depression, you have to find or give yourself a reason to got up and get motivated, set a goal for yourself, and see if that makes a difference.

I'm guessing you stay up all night on the computer. Too much internet is bad for you.

Set your alarm clock..... then if you have a cell phone set that alarm 20 min later and and see if that works. It works for me.
