I need help with Neopets!?

I can't see what's in the shops... it won't show up on my computer but it will on the other ones in the house... what's wrong?

That certain computer may have a problem, like a different sort of browser, or something. I have two computers, and the old one won't let me open item boxes. It can't handle Javascript.

you may need to update your java on that computer. since most of neopia is java scripted, that could be the problem.
