Hydrosphere. Hydrosphere means the total water on earth "surface". And 97% of total earth "surface" water is in oceans.

Are these all of the muliti choices my dear, cuz I would say phantoplanks(algae and other small organisms in the ocean).But if this is all, then it's definitely preciitation like rain, snow,etc. You see the ocean covers a larger precentage on earth than land so relistically it recieves and contains larger amount of precipitation.
