If the robot body is all clunky and silver, join the robots, because you'd fit in. If you join the humans, even if most humans accept you, some redneck with a grenade launcher is gonna kill you with "friendly fire" eventually.
If the robot body is a high-tech android like Blade Runner, join the humans. You'll fit in, and being the strongest, fastest "human" will be a plus. Just don't tell anyone you're a robot.
If all of the robots look like humans, and you too, join the robots, because they'll win. When all the humans are dead or trapped in The Matrix, voting rights are moot.

Frankly, I think you're dead. In that split second you took your brain out and tried to attach it to the robot body you would die. Furthermore, the robot would not work since it wouldn't have a functioning "brain," so you'd just be a pile of metal and brain matter.
