I personally like GRAW better. But this is a matter of personal preference as the game types are different.

Both games are excellent so it's going to be a little hard for to me give you an answer, but I will. I have found that Rainbow Six Vegas (in my personal opinion of course) has a more intriging multiplayer interface. There is a mode called terrorist hunt which you can play co-op over Live or singleplayer in which the game loads AI onto a map of your choosing and you're responsible for killing all the AI.
I guess I would have to say that Rainbow Six Vegas is my choice.

rainbow six hands down. the ai is better for rainbow six which means enemies are harder but ur squadmates are tougher as well. I also like the features in rainbow six where you can predesignate enemies for your team mates. The multiplayer also allows you to actually put ur face into the game using the xbox camera thing. Also rainbow six vegas has more weapons and armor you can choose from. And above all rainbow six takes place in vegas, how awesome is that.
