Yes I believe to spend a long time grieving is senseless, like if a loved one passes, that is terrible but we must live on and remember the good times. We are only here for a short time in these bodies, and we better have a good time while we can. Do good things make happy memories as many as you can, so your life will go quickly past the bad ones. I know when I think of bad I urgently think of good memories and I make the good ones out weigh the bad ones and I wouldnt have it any other way.

Yes, apart from life being too short, Grievances will only cause grief - more to yrself than to the subject of yr grudge.

Yes. Grievances are always there with us from birth to death. Spending time with it is waste of Life.
