im not skinny but i'd say im slim & im definitely ticklish..
i have chubby gfs & they're not ticklish @ all.. beats me!

well... ahem.. I'm kinda a thick chick and I'm barely ticklish at all. Some girls who are insecure about it may just not want to be touched(especially in the sides) so they pretend to be ticklish or give a big reaction, good or bad.
