but i am confused b/c instead of writting love they make a symbole of dil / heart how they make it

it's actually
(Alt) and the #(3) then relese the alt button and the symbol wiill appear.
don't forget to take the Num Lock off

On your number keypad on a desktop computer.
If you have a laptop, you have to push number lock, and use the number keys that are on the keypad...not the top row numbers.
