I am having really bad cramping very low in the pelvis like bad pressure. I am sevral days late. Negative preggy test even though i think it could be wrong (can it be wrong iv never had one wrong) the pain is really bad and i feel like my uterus is going to fall out (yes i know it wont but still) and if im going to the ER it has to be fore a good reason.....HELP

You may have a ruptured cyst, either way if it's really bad you should go to the doctor. It may be serious, and could possibly effect your chances of having children later on, better safe than sorry.

You could be losing a child. I had a miscarraige, even though I wasn't far along, I was in alot of pain, and I was bleeding like a heavy period. And the test said I was neg, but I had been positive the day before. The ER won't do anything for you, if kyou are having a miscarriage, but go, just to make sure your not in any danger.

Could be any number of things, including a bad infection. If it hurts that bad, go to an ER tonight, or if you think you can make it through the night, call your Dr. first thing tomorrow.

sounds like you have a goodreason for the e.r. you could have an ectopic pregnancy(which sometimes does not register on test)and is life threatening.go to hospital...better safe than sorry
