How do I get started with StepMania?

Question

I am using Macintosh. I downloaded StepMania and have the game, but I don't have any songs. There is a site that I know of where you can download song packages, but after I download them I don't know what to do. They're ".smzip" files and open in Excel for some weird reason. How do I load StepMania with songs so I can start playing??? Thanks for your support!

Oh my brother had that..... I know you have to go to the web site to get the songs. You have to individually download them. I don't know the website though.... sorry :[
