It Is True That It Is Platform Dependent Because Its Not Completely Support OOP Terminology.
It Is Actually CPU Dependent On Which It Was Basically Compiled.

C++ is not Pure Object Oriented Language.
The c++ Source code is Platform Dependent..
The term "Platform" includes Operating system as well as the hardware part onwhich program is developed, such as CPU.

C++ is a platform dependent language.

But OOPS concept is nothing to do with that. OOPS concept does not include platform dependency.

Platform dependecy is a different concept used in Java.
