I have always had this fear and need help to over come this fear! I have had nights that I've stayed awake for days at a time just thinking of death! I almost committed myself to get help but I some how managed to stop thinking about it and move on with my life but Im scared to have another attack! Maybe if theirs someone with this same fear...they can maybe help me!
Thanks sooo much!

I don't know the name of it, but I have bouts of fear of it also. I think it is natural because its something that is out of our control but it's also inevitable. I wish that I didn't have to do it and it scares me to think about it.

I think regardless of if you feel you need help, counseling would teach you to cope with it so you feel comfortable living an everyday life.

If you waste days just frozen in fear, then you've already "died" to your life. You are giving it control and a lot of power and once you realize you don't want that, those thoughts will start to subside.

You control your mind, not the other way around. We ALL have to change our thought patterns about things that we need change on.

The best trick in the world you can start RIGHT now is find a phrase/sentence that takes your focus away from life. Something that makes you happy and you feel so good inside. Write it down on paper. When the thoughts of death start to creep in, replace those thoughts with your new thoughts. You will literally have to override your brain. It takes will power but I know you can do it. Start on that for now, and then just see what a few counselors have to say about it. Go with the one you feel most comfortable around and that will really help you.

Asking questions in a good step forward. Don't concentrate on the names of the phobias you have. Concentrate on what you want to become. Concentrate on the hobbies and people that make you happy.

I really hope this helps. Check out this website below. Find the EFT section and see if that might help you also.

Good luck and I hope you feel better soon!

well i think that every human has had that fear once in there life i know i did but when you come to know GOD and what his words mean then you should overcome that fear i had to pray my fear out and thank GOD that the only thing i fear is him i hope this don't sound crazy but its just the devil seeing if he can play on your play ground pray child and believe anytime you get that feeling i used to get the feeling of being murdered something terrible i used to see the funeral my parents crying, friends etc......it was feeling so real to where it freaked me out to where i thought i needed help talked to a older woman who i know GOD sent my way one day and told me everything i was feeling and what i needed to do and it was indeed for me to change the way i was living as for as not caring about people's feelings, selfish, having hatred in my heart instead of love, doing wrong when i knew better it all played a part of my fear gl

Your going to die... eventually. Relax. Live life to the fullest and enjoy every nano second of it. You only get one shot. Make it worth it. Quit wasting your time. Stop worrying about dying. It happens to everyone. Two things are certain in life. Taxes ( well, okay, not certain. The rich skip this one) and DEATH.
