Hi.i wanna be an Hr exec but donot have an MBA degr.can i be one also tell me the grwoth oppurtunities in it?

I am right now working for a japanese MNC as secretary but i am looking forward to a career in HR .

It will depend on the size of the company and type of company - it can happen without a MBA - at the right company. Your experience and education will weigh in.
