i did hug a cactus once... in a truth or dare game.... and i won !!.. but all the money i won was spent on the doc !... heheh :)

When I was a kid I thought "oh nice plants" I am going to pick them and put them in my bucket. Well, when they were all picked and the bucket was full I itched all over like I never itched before. I went home with the bucket and showed the bucket to my Mom, she got so upset because they were cactuses and I didn't understand why she would get upset, but she took tweezers out and started to take these little needles out of my body, I had them almost everywhere. Then I had to get into the tub. I was forbidden to go to whoever's yard that was, I told Mom and we went right up to the house and I told the lady I was sorry, I didn't think I was doing anything wrong, she smiled and said it was ok. Still I thought I would be in trouble when Dad got home, but he smiled and didn't say a word. I went to bed. No porcupines though. :)

Well that is one crazy notion cuz they both hurt have had enough cactus thorns in me to build a new cactus and have killed many a porcupine and got a few quill in my thank God they never went in deep though.
