I don't agree with death penalty,so I don't think he should be executed...Yes,Saddam is guilty of many things, including murder, but killing him is not a punishment...So I think that b-life imprisonment would be better...

B) is my choice. He's definitely guilty of genocide and war crimes, but the death penalty is not justifiable. Two wrongs cannot make a right, and murdering him back doesn't bring back the millions of Iraqis he directly or indirectly killed.
Konala, do you pay attention to the news? He's being tried in an Iraqi court, not US courts. He IS being subjected to Iraqi justice. Try actually listening the next time you turn on the TV ;P

Why are there so many stupid question's in Y!A's today.
The Appeals Court in Iraq already reviewed and upheld Saddam Hussein's first verdict of the Iraqi Courts.
He will be executed by hanging within one month, no and's, ifs, or buts, that's it for him, and the war, with or without him, alive or dead, still goes on.
He has been, and He is no longer any part of the equation in Iraq. You see little fuss from its ppl, about his faith.

i don't think by his death every thing will be solved now i found that bush and his gang deserve more than death who will judge or they will ever be judged?and take to death just like that and will be insulting as they did with Saddam?OK when they will be judged on what they did?killing innocent American and Iraqis is that fear i guess by Saddam death it will be more worst but in history there is peoples done more than he did and they never hanged they put them on island isolated from the peoples may be that more better than hanging i don't know that's my point of view

A) But before he is executed, i think he should be allowed one boxing match against President Bush, or maybe even Kickboxing, in fact, instead of having thousands of soldiers going to WAR, we should have our leaders settle their diferences in DEATH MATCHES.
Thus saving the Tax payers hundreds of billions of dollars and saving thousands of lives. After all leaders can be easily replaced. And are fewer in number than armies.

Well the Iraqi courts have decided.
And he is getting the death penalty.
I think he is getting off easy, just a simple drop, snap of the neck and it's over.

Well he is no more guilty than Bush; in fact, in the long run he may have less blood on his hands than Bush. I have a question though do you think a governor of some state will some day be execueted for excueting some innocent prisoner.
