The simplest way is if they turn there phone off, and the Cell network detects no signal, and all calls are routed to the voicemail. Or if you have no signal this happens too. But in the case of what you are doing, get two phones, dial the number on both phones one is going to ring first and the other WILL go to voicemail. There IS NO CellPhone Network that can accept 2 incoming calls at once. Don't confuse this with call waiting, thats when ur already on the line and another call comes in and you click over. This method we are trying is simply who can get to the phone 1st.

you normally cant unless their phone is off but most newer cell phones allow you to send a pre recorded voice message to a persons phone phone they would open it up like a text or pix message.

I think on mine you press 7 before the greeting ends. If I remeber correctly I had to request this from my phone company.

record your message on voice notes of messages. after recording send message. it goes directly to their message inbox/voicemail
