by adding salt between them the salt will melt the ice and then the ice cubes willl join since their cold and reform into an ice cube or get the ice tray fill it up with water till its over flowing and put it in the frezeer and when u take them out they till stuck together

All you have to do is hold both of them together while in/under water. This is why ice cubes stick together in your water glass when they were once seperated.

ok i remember this from my school days, salt is the way to go, you can also use a piece of string the thin one sprinkel the salt over the ice cube and move the string slowle over the ice they should stick to the string note dont try to melt them first/

Just wet them on one side each, stick the wet sides together and put it in the freezer for a little while.
