go to the gym and workout on the leg machines ask someone that is a trainer to help you...

you can also get some leg weights that strap to your ankles like i did and wear them everyday under you pants...

you can't dunk at 6'5"? geez... ok dude do some squats. that should build up your legs. there's no big secret to this stuff, it's all about time and dedication. take advantage of all that teenage testosterone flowing through you. it's great for muscle growth. proper form is more important that maximum weight. for upper body, bench press, military press, and bicep curls should be your early focus. work in the other stuff more when you get more comfortable.

if u want to built your body, you need to workout with some weight to improve you body mass...talk personally with a basketball coach, a personal trainer or a physical education teacher…they help u...
to improve your jump...u have to jump a lot...try some "drop jump exercises"...this means u have to stay on a platform then jump in to the ground. .then jump quickly again…repeat the exercise ten times…take a brake then do it again…do it 3 times per session.
Then keep practice, basketball it´s not only dunking…it´s cool…athletic but it not the most important aspect on the basketball game…some NBA players doesn’t dunk…

Be absolute in your decision of size. Then , weight lift and eat. you must feed your muscles as you work them out or they will not gain weight.

If you want lots of upper strength, use the bench press, normal, incline, and decline.

Also chin ups to give you a wide looking back. thus larger form.

Yet if you do not have money to buy weights (as i don't), then do not let fear of ego interfere with your goal.

Use what is near.

Lift somthing heavey for a weight. Use the playground in a park to excercise.

There are ways, if you allow yourself to not stay in the moment of wanting to BE somthing, and Instead , shift to Being it already.

You should have coaches in the weight room. You will need Nautilus equipment. The library might have a good book on the subject.

Do some squats, calf raises, lunges, and work with the calf machines and the leg weights at your local gym.
