Definately Java Blue! Teal and brown is very fashionable, and more versatile and pleasing to the eye! Windsor navy can appear to be ok from afar, but up close isn't as nice of a color combination - the yellow tones clash with the navy
On a side note, you may want to consider that by the next school year, there will many new patterns out to choose from as well, and both Java Blue and Windsor Navy will probably be retired by then

Java Blue, but by next year styles will change, you might want to wait until you actually start high school. Then you can see what other people are wearing, if that is something you would do, and decide what you want.

Definitely Java Blue. Brown and Teal are in, and also compliment each other well, but go with your heart, after all it's only high school. don't sweat it.

Honey give it up your question alone is confusing, your going to high school just enjoy it, cause when you get into the real world you will have more to worry about than colors.
