First you need to download the latest driver for your video card from the manufacturer. Your video card is probably from Nvidia,ATI or Intel. Next, right-click anywhere on the desktop, select properties, choose the Settings tab, click on Advanced and you will see the name of your video card on one of the tabs. Click on it and check the setting. If you don't know what you're doing, just leave everything at the Default setting.

Check your settings. Right click on the desktop and select properties, Choose the Settings tab then click on Advanced. If your drivers are installed correctly your video card type will be mentioned on a tab, click on the tab and all your settings can be altered in here. Be careful you don't change beyond monitor capabilities because you could lose your view. Good luck!

Try installing the latest drivers for your video card from the manufacturer. If you have the latest drivers, your card may not support agp texture acceleration.
