If George Bush committed war crimes, why not charge him. Vicarious liability situation? If an individual leader or operator in the battle commits war crimes those individual(s) will be charged criminally but the Commander in Chief can not and will not be charged.

Of course, we must understand clearly, George Bush is not the individual alone running the country and made the decision to start the wars in the middle east. Bush is the individual that people can blame because he is the face behind the decisions, but his constituents are the ones pulling his strings as a president.

Bush will be and is the beneficiary of the personal gratification received in exchanged from strong political entitites he must answer to. There are people more powerful than Bush behind the scenes influencing Bush's decisions.

Bush is getting paid to take the fall for any negative responses from the public. In addition, his father has a lot of profound connections that continue to benefit the Bush family from the pre existing Bush constituency.

No president is this day and age can just do whatever he wants while in office even if it is his sincere intention to fullfil promises made before being elected. It is more complex than it appears. You always have people surrounding the president that have individual agendas and they also have forces pushing them to reach the president with favorable information.

Intelligence be helpful sometimes but other times it can be bad intelligence. When Bush departs office, he will be extremely more wealthy than entering office. And will have plenty of grateful constituents for there instant gratification. Am I making excuses, no? Just typing the truth. All the best! (smile)

Every individual makes choices according to there own intent and beliefs.

It all depends upon the intent of Bush.

If he truely is doing what he is, for trying to bring peace into the world, then he will not feel such a large negative reflection when his time here is over.

And no matter his intent, wether he should or shouldnt , before you decide such, you must realize, that every action you have taken in life, big or small, has effected those around you.

No doubt, as we all do, you have done things which has caused negative feelings and perhaps experiences in others.

Therefore , they too are wondering that which of you, should be judged for your "crimes".

Now , unfortunately , my feelings do tell me that Bush will face charges in the future, wether by the incoming government or by some other ten years from now, i am not certain. Yet this , will be so.

We all face Reflection in the end of the journey, and the reflection of judgement upon our self of forgiveness of others and ourself, Does effect our next step of motion into slower or faster fields of evolution.

the place do you get this rubbish? Are you incredibly attempting to assert that the american President is accountable of all this? What appropriate to the individuals we are combating? How properly do you think of they're abiding via the Geneva convention? Your question is an absurd shaggy dog tale and your loss of sophistication is disgraceful. SO - I think of which you anti- war supporters think of we are capturing at sturdy sort-hearted harmless human beings over in Iraq now - precise?

Liberals are such parasitical hypocrites. They enjoy all the freedoms the US has to offer because so many Americans killed so many people. If Japan or Germany had won their wars your tune would be different -big time!! If libs had their way and don't kill enemies of the country, where would all the desperate immigrants go? If you want to find out about our country, talk to recent immigrants. Freedom is always ready to be lost. A Mexican immigrant(illegal) stated that the worst day in America is way better that the best day in Mexico!!
Support Pres. Bush. He is doing what needs to be done. Don't be an idiot!! Are you Jane Fonda? She was manning an anti-aircraft gun to shoot down our own pilots!! How stupid was that?

No he shold not. What would you do if you were president. I'd go even further and invest in helping the iranian and north korean people overthrow their oppressive governments. Also I'd invade the countries in Africa that are committing genocide. Also get rid of Hamas, and Palestine. and all of the countries leaders like syria's idiotic leader. Also I'd declare martial law here in the U.S and declare liberalism illegal and imprison anyone with their views.
