The problem in america today is that women want all their rights and still want men to kiss their butts and also make the first move. If you love someone and they also love you, there is nothing wrong with telling that guy that you love him. Why waste time playing the games most of these women want u to play in here. Love is awesome, it isnt a game. Open your heart and soul to him and if he feels the same they let the magic begin:)

Notice the women all say "yes" and the men say "no". I would love to hear "I Love You" from a girl IF I also loved her. If I hadn't yet worked up the courage to say so, because I wasn't quite sure how she felt about me and didn't want to rush things or scare her away, then it would take the pressure off me. However, if we had just met or were just casual friends then it would probably freak me out. The bottom line is, only if the feeling is mutual.

No not at all, as long as you don't say it..

Too soon (like a week or a month)

Or if you expect him to say it back.

If you love a person, you love them and it has nothing to do with them saying it back to you. I was always scared to hear I love you from a girl until a girl friend just told me "listen I'm gonna tell you something and it's only because this is how I feel, I love you and it doesn't matter if you feel that way or not." I just sat there and was like.. "ok" and no scars here!

Just do it and have no regrets..

Happy Holidays

Not if the feeling is reciprocated and the relationship has a foundation. If the "I love you" is not sincere then it is best not to say it. If you really mean it though it is very affirming to hear.

Men are like mascara, they run at the first sign of emotion.

no.....but what I am skeptical about (not scared but skeptical), is when a girl says 'I love you' with frequency cause I was with a girl like this and it also turned out she was having sex with a few other guys too so too much of anything is no good so they say.

Not if it's something he wants to hear. It's only scary if it's unexpected or too soon. "I love you" on the 1st date is the kiss of death.
