Peppermint is the BEST for your feet. You don't want to rub pure peppermint oil into your skin, though- it will sting. Dilute it first with a base oil, such as olive or almond oil, 8-12 drops peppermint oil per cup of base oil (this will last a while; store in the fridge in a clean dark glass jar). Or, fill a footbath with warm water and add 2-3 drops directly into the water.

Peppermint oil is much more beneficial for tired feet, try a few drops in some warm water in a bowl filled with marbles at the bottom and just sit back rolling your feet over them, it works well.

Peppermint is always better for the feet and they will definitely make her feet smell good, Im not saying that they are stinky or anything. But in spas and places like that peppermint is top choice.
