Why, are your kids eating and wearing less these days????? Try family court but only if you really feel your kids don't deserve their parents best efforts on supporting them.

Why dont u just pay ur child support? If u were there for ur child/children I'd doubt u'd be even paying child support for such an high amount for u to want it to get reduced, an tell me why is it so hard to be around an be there for ur child/children? Thats what a real man does. Also ur child support must be high because u owe back child support, or u have nothing to do with the child/children.....Before u get on yahoo askin question, why dont u take a stroll through ur mind an use common sense.

I think it's sad when a person asks this because it means you are too selfish to own up to your financial responsibility to your child/children. Child support is based on your income and ability to earn money and the custodial parent's income. The entire purpose of it is to help the custodial parent pay for necessities in caring for the child such as food, clothing and help with bills.
When a parent tries to reduce their child support it says to me and I am certain many others that your child is low on your priority list compared to other things that you would rather spend your money on. Your child should come first and foremost...

There is none it is based on what the needs ot the child is! the court has a chart that they go by. sad but true they dont care if you live in the woods you will pay your child support or you will go to jail. so be a man and pay up!! Also you do or should have visatation rights be a part of your childs life it will pay off in lhe long run! GOOD LUCK!!!!

It's hard to get your child support reduced.
You can file a petition yourself for another review if your work hours,pay has reduced your income alot.
