since we have only 2 choices it should be according to the indian calendar

sun sigh means the position os sun in the sky. in 14th of jan to 14feb it is in capricon like wise it will change in every 14-15 of every month in this particuler month born baby called sun sigh, moon changeing every 2 & qurter day that means in 27 days it will go through all 12 sighn ,,
