Firstly, its not really that bad. I know. I was there once, where you are now. only 12 months later and I am in a totally different place...not geographically, but emotionally. I dont believe that you have no one to turn to. Everyone has someone...the church, a councellor, a relative, a friend.
I knocked on the door of the local parish priest one day 12 months ago because i thought there was no one else to talk to. He was most helpful, if only to hear me cry out for help. He set me on a path to rediscover who I am and where I was going.
Try it...you will be surprised!

You -- my dear are allowing yourself to feel this way. And you are the only one who can change the way you you feel. Go for a walk--watch a good movie and eat some popcorn. There are programs you can get yourself into to talk out your concerns and problems--self help groups--get yourself turned around.

i have been there too...granted im kinda there right now so i know exactly what your feeling, what i have done to cope with it is find a hobby i love...music...and go with that...ive also gotten help from a pastor who helps me with basicly everything i need help with, ranging from nonemergency problems, just someone to talk to problems and emotionally unstable problems...im going to admit that i have tried suicide more then once but didnt go through with it because i saw that there is more to life, and i felt the presence of God lifting me from the hell that i have lived my life in for so long, and even though its still kinda bad, i get through it a lot better, listen to that song by good charlotte, hold on, its true, hold on if you feel like letting go hold on it gets better then you know, trust me, ive been there and i know the horrors u have faced, call a pastor if you dont want to talk to anyone else, or try to get yourself through it by telling yourself that it will get better because it will, no matter what horrors you c this will get better

You could turn to God. It doesn't matter how old you are, you can call a church and ask to speak to the pastor. He can help you through prayer and scripture. Give it a chance, you may just find the one thing through God that will turn your life around. :-)

Talk to us...How old are you? Trust me...however you are feeling right now...I've been there. My advice is, if you are suicidal, call that 1-800-suicide number. They are very nice & they will just talk to you. If you are just feeling bad for the moment, just breathe. It will pass. Are you on meds? Are you in counseling or have you been?
