smart look comes mostly by intelligence, dumb can not be presented as beautiful in any ways.
If u look at a person and call her beautiful, it makes sense that she took care/ worked for looking smart in other's eyes. which i think is intelligence of dressing well and presentation tricks.
intelligency also comes out with talk , dumb talks make people look not so beautiful.
so both are inter related.
ofcourse intelligence is beautiful !!!

I think being intelligent or beautiful have their own pros and cons.
What really matters is how these qualities are used by the person who posses them.
If someone is either beautiful or intelligent but would rather use these qualities just to get whatever they want, I don't think anyone would want to be near this person.
The real challenge is trying to find out how to best use whichever quality one posses.

I like to be able to carry on a conversation with a person who has some sort of intelligence. Looks aren't everything and I wish a lot of people here in the U.S. would realize that.

Intelligence makes anyone beautiful.
And a beautiful Idiot will eventually apear like a monster to other people. Be smart and you will have a line of people after you... they will think you are beautiful.
Personally, I think brainless beauties should be put down.

its very hard to tell. i know many beautiful girls who are very intelligent, and many not beautiful who are not smart either. mostly it pays to moderate your desires. pick a girl who has enough beauty to be confident of herself, and enough intelligence to be able to take care of her self and perhaps her family, should the need arise. also the most important is a good heart, and a moral person.

Thank God I have the best of both worlds! yay!
But I gotta admit that sometimes I have to dumb myself down in order to get the guy I want! Sad but true.
Therefore I believe that most people prefare a pretty face to an intelligent person... but there is always an exception! thank God!)

depends totally on the guy. if the guy is good-looking, he'll want a good-looking girl (y shdnt he?). if the guy is intelligent, he'll want an intelligent girl. if the guy is rich n intelligent, he'll want an intelligent n beautiful girl....

As my grandmother would say " handsome is as handsome does" or basically someones behavior is more important than what they look like . and having a brain that works well is no guarantee of being a good person either.... look for someone whose looks appeal to you , you can communicate well with and who has a beautiful heart !!!

my vote goes to intelligence!!!
intelligence automatically gives you confidence and never waers off even with age. looks will go away sooner or later and everyone gets old. you are what u think and intelligence / wisdom grows with age. its all in the brain u see!!
