G'day,
It is possible that your screen's resolution is on the lower setting. Go to Start-Setting-Control Panel-Display-Settings and on screen resolution move the slider towards 'More'. Usually around 1024 by 768 pixels will do.

If you want everything smaller, right click on your desktop, pick properties and increase the resolution. 600x800 or 1024x768 or
1280x800, etc. The higher the numbers, the smaller things appear.
1280x800 is a good size for a 15.4 monitor.

You should have a scroll wheel in the mouse...
While pressing the 'Ctrl' key move the scroll wheel of your mouse... and adjust the webpage the way you like.
