I've had trouble finding a good lipstick or lipgloss. SOme of them are TOO sticky and I find that my hair gets stuck in it constantly. I also get that white buildup sometimes on the inner rim of my lips and I'm not sure what that's from. It gets annoying esp when I'm talking to someone and I don't know that it's there. I like very light colors and am not into bold dark colors.

Benefit (make up brand) is sold at Macy's and Sephora and has a very creamy lipgloss that doesn't make you get the "white stuff" on the inside of your lips and won't become sticky after awhile. I use it and it not only makes me look fabulous all day it moisturizes!! 2 for 1 :) On top of that they're not too pricy (12-16$) and not TOO LOUD of colors... try "streakin" it's one of their neutrals that works on everyone.

I have seen a couple of other ppl have mentioned l'oreal. i have been using l'oreal colorstay for years now and they have a pretty wide variety of colors...i work 12 hour shifts and i can eat lunch and talk all day and still have on lipstick 8 hours later but then it will start to wear off...it does not have a nice shine like lip gloss though, but it is not sticky. the colors are great other than the hi gloss u may be looking for. as for the white stuff it comes from ur toothpaste mixed with dry mouth usually. about 10-15 minutes after application take a piece of paper and blot ur lips from the far inside of ur lips...just once normally works and u will be good to go...l'oreal may also have a color stay lip product with gloss check it out...u can normally purchase it for under $10.00

Scrub with a tooth brush and put on lip balm everyday to prevent that white buildup. Try Loreal, it's affordable and works well. I don't really like the Chanel ones, it's kind of drying.

I've heard the Revlon Color Stay Overtime works pretty well. It lasts a long time, and I don't think it gets sticky. It comes in a variety of colors, so you can choose whichever best suits you...

Mary Kay is simply the best. You can go to marykay.com and check out all the colors they offer and even find a conslutant. You can buy from ebay, but I would caution it, you never know how old it is.

I like Mary Kay.

It is not sold in stores, you will have to find one of their dealers. The array of colors they offer is amazing. It is good stuff--their foundation, powders, lipstick, eyeshadow, etc. I have never found a Mary Kay product I did not like.

You can also find it on ebay.
