I get pedicures once a month, some people go once a week. Although i go to this nice little spa operated by orientals and get my foot massages 1-2 times weekly. It's awesome, relaxing and only cost $20/25 min. but they usually work on my feet about 35-40 minutes :o)

about twice a year. once for my birthday and sometimes to do it for my boyfriend cause he likes nails. I don't think it's necessary. You can do your toe nails so you can save money on that. Alot of stores have pedicure and manicure kits so you can do that yourself. I get french manicures when i do.

You are supposed to sterilize baby bottles and baby bottle nipples after each use. Remember, milk is a breeding ground for bacteria. What is one of the most places you find bacteria on a human being?? The mouth. So to be safe, it's best to sterilize after each use. It is alot of work. It is said that most home faucets create enough heat in the water to sterilize. and to me. A baby 0-6 months I only bathed every other day wash her hair only 1-2 a week. But since she turned 7 + and gets into messes more often I now bathe her daily. :)

every two weeks for a manicure and once a month for a pedicure.
not completely necessary, but definately relaxing and nice to do.
i'm a manicurist and that's pretty much how often our clients come in and what we recommend.

I like things a certain way so I do my own.
It really depends on how much I clean and if I do a House project.
I say that I attend to them once a week or when needed for a special occasion. If you can afford it go as many times as you feel like they are up to your expectations.

I get it done weekly. It is not at all necessary, but I had a habit of biting my nails and this was the only way I could stop it. If I do not get them done. I am sure I will restart the habit of nail biting.

I go every two weeks to have my nails done. For myself, I think it is absolutely necessary b/c it is something I full enjoy and it fits my style. I love how neat my hands look after I've gotten my nails done.

once a month is good. If yopu see it needs to be freshened, you can do touch ups at home for alot less money. No, I don't believe it is necessary, but it never hurts to indulge yourself a little.

it's a nice and relaxing thing to do every now and then but if you have the tools, you can do it yourself, or have a party and you and your friends do it for each other. it can be fun. going to the salon to often isnt necessary at all and it can be expensive. plus...how do you know if they are cleaning their instruments thouroughly? watch out fungus!
