if your talking about trying not to get pregnant. 14 days after your period is the time in which your fertil and you ovulate. so you need to not have sex unprotected for 2 or 3 days during that period say your period ends on the 10th then on the 24th you shouldn't have sex then or 25th 26th or 27th to be safe. that also has alot to do with how normal your cycle is. for example mine is an exact 28days so i can predict my ovulation good.but there really is no good time to have sex and be completely safe. right after your period ends is the safest though. good luck

For about a week or two right after she knows that she has passed the egg out of her system for most females. Then start counting your next 28-9 days until your next period. The closer you are to the start of your menstrual cycles the better chance you have of becoming pregnant. Also check the moon phase as that is another way to gage when your next cycle is coming.

I am assuming you meant after or before a menstrual cycle. In my case, because I know my body very well it is the week before and 10 days after my period when I cannot have sex for fear of pregnancy. All other days are gravy.

To avoid pregnancy? Well on the 14th day is the most fertile day for most women. I would avoid unprotected sex day 10-16. Hope this helps
