She is the best!!!
she kicks @$$ not just in Alias, but in Dare Devil, and Elektra too
She is a great actress
and i think you should choose her
Buffy is great but not as good as Jennifer Garner is as Syd or Elektra

by the way leehoustonjr@prodigy.net Syd did go after a "Vampire" in season 4, she got bit, and they killed him...FYI its episode "Nocturne". But Buffy never went after a terrorist...

Well, I've seen more of Jennifer Garner but I have seen enough of Buffy to feel your dilemma. Are you looking at them in a 'Who can kick more butt?' sort of way?
In that case, I would have to go with Jennifer Garner. She's fluent in over 6 languages, a master at beating the bad guys and uncovering her own mysteries and family secrets. Smart, strong, and beautiful. Not that Buffy doesn't have those qualities, I just feel that Jenn shows them better in relation to real life. :)

Each is good in their respective field, but until Buffy goes after spies and Sydney stalks a vampire, we can never truly say for sure.
But if it helps, Buffy is more the kick @$$-take no prisoners fighter while Sydney is the better looking agent.
