Gay men have quite normal testosterone levels, sometimes quite high, actually.
The stereotype is for a small frame or form, but there are as many overtly masculine gay men as there are straight men.
If you do honest research you will find this true.
I am straight, but have very very high testosterone levels. Yet I have a slight build, little bearding, and boyish muscle structure or finer form if you will.
I only desire women. My sex drive is high from the high testosterone leves, but that is not a bad thing.

Published research has demonstrated (as if researchers had to actually spend time on this...) that gay men have more effiminate voices than straight men on average. also, the same researchers started to study posture and walking patterns and they found that gay men tended to mimic female posture more, on average, than straight men. specifically, the lower pelvis is tilted outward and movement is made from the hips - not the chest, similar to women (on average).
Gay men do not have more womenly "figures" (if this is what you meant by "forms") as this is determined by estrogen and genetics. Gay men do not have more estrogen than straight men on average. they also have the same amount of testosterone on average... so their bodies will not look differently other than postural similarities to females, analogous to vocal similarity.

Although some gay men are slight in build, most are not. The only thing different between a gay person, a bi person, and a straight one is that the gay one is only sexually attracted to members of his or her same sex, period. Body build or body type has absolutely nothing to do with it.
I used to wonder the same thing you did. But once I saw these hairy, barrel-chested dudes coming out of the closet, I changed my opinion pretty quickly.

I've noticed a tendency to dress more feminine, not all do it but it is common, but as far as what they actually look at. Well my past experiance shows evidence that the opposite is true. They actually look very masculine.

I know of several men that are gay and you couldn't tell by looking at them.

It is actually true. They have less testosterone & therefore a less masculine figure.
