He doesn't, he distained the Kioto treaty. He thinks God is going to suddenly appear and save his moronic butt. He has succeeded in a few things; He will forever be known for No Bid Contracts that just coincidentally made his uber powerful Vice Pres et al;lgreatly richer.
The rich have gotten richer, the middle class is getting hosed and the poor have been kicked to the curb.
And yet, he thinks another "surge" of troops will help. When they hang Sadam, there will be violence that makes what preceeds it seem like a walk in the park.
I personally do not want to see Americas most promising young people in the middle.
The Shrub is o.k. with this.
Something has to give. This President is thumbing his nose at the will of the People. Traditionally a tactical flaw of eppic perportions.

If Bush believes in Global Warming he has a funny way of showing it. His administration has supported pro-polluters and oil companies. He is in a position to make a big difference, but he has actually tried to make problems worse. He must be aware of the problem, he's just ignoring it.

Okay, obviously he does believe in global warming and thinks it's a problem. Everyone believes in global warming you douchebag. What is he gonna do, make a law that everyone has to have hybrid cars? Sure, it would be better for the environment, but he would probably get impeached by all the angry people who cant afford a new car.

just about everything would die, its part of the planets natural cycle but i think we are just speeding it up..its a shame that no one wants to do anything about it...
