Do You Mean Completely Restart Your PSP And Enter All Your Info Again, Or Simply Turn Off, Turn On With The 'Sony Computer Entertainment' Logo Come Up?

If The Second One, You Probably Are Not Turning The PSP Completely Off, Rather In 'Standby'..

If You Just Flick The Power Switch Up, It Will Put It To 'Standby' Mode, Meaning You'll Get Back To Where You Just Were When You Had It On..

To Completely Turn It Off, Hold The Swith Up For About 3 Seconds.
When You Next Turn It On, You Should Have The 'Sony Computer Entertainment' Words Come Up..
