I dont want to give them bad feedback or any non bidder things. Ive been a ebayer for some years myself. I only want to cancel the transaction without making conflict on it. This is due to that I am at fault on this. My mother wanted me to seller one of her rings. And since she barely gave me any big info on the rings. I made 1 error that the seller mistook. And now they dont want it on account of this error. So now i want to end the auction without any argument about it.

First off, go to your "My sold items" page or whatever its called.

Find the item you are talking about. There should be a drop down menu on the right side of the screen after it, with options like "leave feedback", "contact buyer", "sell similar" & etcetera. Down towards the bottom of the list there should be an option that says "Report unpaid item". Click on that.

follow instructions and click on "buyer has not paid" or "we have agreed not to finish the transaction" whichever you feel necissary(sp) and choose the secondary option that applies to your situation. Its not as hard as it sounds right now, i promise. Filing a non paying bidder form will give you your final value fee back on the item that your bidder didnt end up buying. Its usually about 3-5 percent of the items selling price so it could save you quite a bit if the item was expensive. After this, feel free to leave feedback on the bidder and use the Relist option and it should let you relist the item without charging you a listing fee twice

If your buyer has not completed the sale, here is what you need to do:

1.Contact your buyer. Like you, buyers can have emergencies or computer problems. The buyer may not be able to respond to you right away. If the buyer doesn't respond to your email, you may want to request their contact information and give them a call.

2.Send a payment reminder. Send your winning buyer a friendly payment reminder between 3 and 30 days after the listing closes.

3.File an Unpaid Item Dispute. If after following the steps above, you didn't get a response from the buyer, or if you feel that you won't receive payment, review the Unpaid Item Process.

4.Request a Final Value Fee credit. If you are unsuccessful in resolving the issue with your buyer 10 days after filing the Unpaid Item Dispute, you can request a Final Value Fee credit.

Whatever you do, do not leave feedback until the transaction is completely taken care of, if you leave them negative right away, you can bet on it, that even though they were the ones who screwed up the auction, they will retaliate by leaving negative feedback on you...

You can file a non-paying bidder report with eBay if you expect them to pay. This will refund any fee's associated with the purchase price of the item on behalf of eBay if transaction is not completed; and it will flag the bidder to future sellers. You can also go to My eBay and actually delete their bid if the auction is still active. You can mutally agree to not complete the sale which will also cancel any fee's due to eBay because of a sold item. All of these functions can be accessed in the "My eBay" section on ebay's web site. Utilize the "relist" feature for the item or "sell similar" (you may be charged an additional listing fee for this).

no hun in case you compromise for the grant you're able to withdraw and ebay will ask you for data of the customer, value and so on and so on...the itemizing will end early... no value is on the industry in straightforward terms a word to declare this is been provided and withdrawn from auction. Ebay is each and every each and every now and then somewhat on the decrease back of indoors the customer questions and prefer me... you're able to come across out as quickly as you do incorrect the annoying way hun .... good achievement ...

Go to the Seller Tools area. EBay has an option for this and they'll let you relist the item at no cost.

Leave negative feedback for the buyer who didn't come through and simply relist your item. That's what I would do.
