All that thick thick hair on top of his head is not from a transplant. You cannot achieve all that with this type of procedure. It's a toupee. A previous 2nd of mine had hair transplant and scalp reduction surgery to the tune of nearly $20,000 back in the mid 90's. With one transplantation, you only get a thin veil of hair to work with. You'd have to keep going back and back and back to get anywhere NEAR what Koontz has sitting on his head. That is a head of hair 10th graders have. The hair has to be taken from the sides and back of the head where you're not bald. There's only so much hair you can steal from yourself. Toupee.
