Yes and I disagree that it is done unconsciously. It is just a way of showing disrespect to females in general.

Yes it is very annoying, how old the man. I agree with a previous answer, women do not speak to a man's penis when we talk to them, why do men have to talk to our breasts? To me it almost like the men do not think we are worthy to be looked in the face while we speak to them so they have to look at something else. In the end, it is annoying but there really isn't much we can do about it.

Yes. I have low self-esteem, and its horrible for guys to think of only the outside of a girl, when she's trying so hard to gain confidence about her inner side. I'm afraid that because I'm big breasted guys might like me only for that. Whenever a guy stares at my breasts, that flashes through my mind, and I feel worse. I don't care if guys are visual, its wrong.

lol. I get a kick out of this question every time I hear it. Human beings are sexual creatures. We respond to sexual stimulus. Would you feel better if a man stared at your vagina while speaking to you, or perhaps another spot of particular arousal? Women are different in the perception of the thing. Since our only real purpose here is to reproduce, I would think that it would be more flattering, and please excuse the pun. The power of women exists in a sacred place that men dont often understand. I call it the power of the "P". The gatekeepers can then sit on the stoop and snipe at the men gawking at their breasts. Here's a hint- If you want men to stop looking at your breasts (which i would be willing to wager my life that you do not) than wear clothing that completely covers your chest, or better still - while talking, try to say something interesting. If men are good for anything they are good for a little conversation now and again.

LOL. I like how "Heart O' Gold" thinks. Cleavage is RARELY on display. Top ten? Number one for you guys is eyes. Ask the question, and you'll get that answer. Women are aroused by different things than men, but im sure you already know that. There is no other reason that any of us are alive, except reproduction. You wouldnt be here unless your parents got busy making you. Propagation of the species is the only constant in the survival of any life. Just because we fill it with nonsensical and whimsical junk doesnt mean we were born to have this discussion over a man made passtime. Sounds like you've chosen to be around some really choice guys! Perhaps you should reevaluate your position, and go for someone who can actually hold your interest with speech, and not his johnson.

I just think it's funny. I'm not large chested so I don't get lingering stares but I do catch guys looking. There's nothing wrong with being checked out as long as they aren't offensive. And honestly, even as a straight woman, if I speak to a woman with large breast I can't help but look. I don't know what it is!

Annoying...sometimes...
Mostly I just think it's funny.
I'll wave, and bend down a little so I can make eye contact, with a big smile on my face. They're usually too embarassed to do much more than blush.

Mardy, I disagree, men do use clothing to bring attention to their privates, slightly reveal things and enhance their privates appearance through clothes. Haven't you heard of sock stuffing? My cleavage is rarely on display and that doesn't seem to make a difference in the boob watching.

Joshua, if you think reproduction is our only purpose in life, you must have a pretty dull life. There are a lot of things men are good for, but "a little conversation" isn't in my top ten. C'mon girls, tell him, when we want conversation, who do we call?

If you show them off a man has got to stare.

Sometimes it's annoying. Sometimes it's amusing. Sometimes it's infuriating. Sometimes it's an absolute turn-on. Sometimes it's creepy and frightening. Sometimes we just sort of zone it out and don't care.

It mostly depends on the cuteness or otherwise of the guy in question, the context in which it occurs, and our mood at the time.

Well of course you don't stare at a man's crotch, but then again not even the sleaziest of men does not make his penis slightly revealing (like how cleavage is revealled), or makes its bulge appear larger (like how a wonderbra works).

More women have breast enlargement surgery than men have penile extension surgery, so who is vain here? And what is the point exactly of having nice, large and firm breasts if you do not want attention?
