I get this 'can't load library from memory' notice when I click on recycle bin or search.what should I do

sounds like your running out of hard disk space.
clear the trash can...
clear all your cookies
clear your web history

to find out how much space is left on your hard drive click on my computer or windows explore then click on c:/ to high lite it the right mouse click, click on properties and it should tell you your free space
