what is the easiest way to read the tarot?

I have books on the tarot, ebooks and what I've read online...want to do tarot readings for friends and family but they are complicated. Is there an easy way?

If you are using Tarot cards as an oracle, you may be more inclined to read card meanings and spreads. But if using Tarot Cards as a tool for Psychic Ability you would be less likely to hold to any hard and fast guide lines. I’m a profession psychic and use Tarot Cards in a random way. In 25 years of professional readings I’ve never used any ‘meanings, spreads or reversals’ of tarot cards from any books.

So if you want to develop ‘Psychic Ability’ throw the books and guidelines away and let the images inspire you. But you may need to try the Rider Waite or another imaged deck.


I believe we are all psychic, but for the majority the gift or the belief has been long knocked out of them. Educated out is another way of looking at it. They are sacred and we are not allowed to ask any unserious question(like "how will be the weather tomorrow", "am I beautiful or not", yes-no questions,etc.); the question must be serious(for example "why don't I get a job yet?", "what can I do to solve my family problem?","why I still can't find my soulmate",etc.). Also they must be sanctified before use, not letting others touch them(they'll lose accuracy since they will be charged with your energy), make some prayers before asking the Tarot, asking our Inner Father(the Divine within us to answer our question through the cards- the cards don't give an answer on their own, it's our inner Being that gives the answer through them), we must cense them before asking, sitting in a protective circle and so on.

Tarot cards are very attacked by Demons that is why we need to be careful not to use Tarot cards that you can find at any store, that are just derived from the originals and need to perform some protection stuff before using them. Cards being attacked by Demons=> attacking us too, our minds of course(I remember 2 dreams where one made incantations to my mind and I had to burn the cards).

Yes. Just use the major arcana cards. It takes up less space and you can focus better on what you're reading because you're using fewer cards.

Each one of the major arcana cards have multiple meanings. All together, they cover every subject that could come up on the planet.

That's how I do it and I'm always right about my readings.

I use the pattern of placing a card in the center.....

Placing a card sideways over that first card.(The obstacle)..

A card ABOVE the first 2.

A card below the first 2..

One to the right of the first 2...

A card to the left of the first 2.

Finally, I place 4 cards to the right of the one on the right, starting at the bottom....Then moving upwards, I place the 2nd card above the first and so on, til there are 4 cards lined up on the right.

The last card is the final outcome or answer.

Good Luck. This system has always worked for me and very well too.

Don't forget to observe the colors as well as their meaning. They too can help you see a story unfolding in front of your eyes.

It's fast and easy to learn and remember with just as much accuracy as you would get if you used the entire deck. Even better, as far as I'm concerned.

there are many kinds of tarot like lotus tarot,card tarot,dice tarot..etc.which one u r asking??!!
if card tarot...then u should a good understander of the rulers of the cards and their function in one's life...then only u can read those.
tarot reading is not just so easy ...u as well as the person of whom u r reading the tarot should hav good concentration....and for that u should be sitting in a peaceful environment with less light(preferably candles).u can check out tarot websites to know more because its not possible for me to teach tarot reading to u now.
