Inventory conrtrol is always a problem but it does not have to be.
Get good sould software and track the need of the products and also arrange small shippments and if you have competors in the same game you and they can work to geither to min. inventory to the good of both companies. Got to get skills man.

minimize inventory. thats how to control it. the product should be available, but not oversupplied. JIT is the preferred warehouse method (just in time). Where the product is supplied when its needed. a review of the supply and demand, market trends, and forecasting can help minimize inventory and keep turnover as high as possible. FIFO... first in, first out to maintain a "young" inventory is ideal, as well.
